Overtraining can lead to serious conditions, one being Rhabdomyolysis, which is when the muscle tissue breaks down and starts poisoning the bloodstream.
Most of the common CrossFit injuries occur in the shoulder, lower back, and knee. Ice, stretches, and lowering the use of the injured area can help, but if you are still experiencing pain, come in and see us. CrossFit can give real benefit if one is careful.
